So when is it enough?

Just a quick thought: Exactly how many bombs and deaths will it take for the political parties to stop politicking and come together to launch a mother of all wars against terror?

When will Sonia and Advani put the nation ahead of their own interests? Like, at what point will that happen, what is the critical mass of dead bodies required to trigger that unity? 2000? 5000? 100,000? One million?

Wish we knew the figure, so at least we know how much our netas value life in this country. It took one 9/11 for America to come together. How many taareekhs do our leaders need?

Until one bomb explodes when the parliament session is on, i suppose it is alright if any number of bombs in places where Netas never need to go does not matter at all!

How many roads must a man walk down
Before you call him a man?
Yes, 'n' how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, 'n' how many times must the cannon balls fly
Before they're forever banned?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, 'n' how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, 'n' how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

How many years can a mountain exist
Before it's washed to the sea?
Yes, 'n' how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, 'n' how many times can a man turn his head,
Pretending he just doesn't see?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

And how many times we let our frustration out, writing about bomb blasts, when they never seem to stop....

hey,

well i totally agree with the first comment... we will all lose count of numbers and this will just go on and on... it will never stop.... till the target changes from the common man to the politicians or their families... its sadistic to hope for sumthin like this but honestly there is just no other way.... the politicians dont travel by buses, trains or visit market places.. so they can never be blown to pieces.. its the common man who slogs his butt out to provide his fly wth 2 square meals a day , who suffers...and thereafter too their families are left with no bread winner... y the hell dont the politicians provide for such flies with the surplus they have .......
and the most dumb creatures in this whole system seem to be the so called terorists... they have soem warped logic..... wots the point in makin innocent people the target ... which we all know also constitutes people from their own community.... they are not fighting for any legitimate cause....if they have a prob with the system attack the system cos anyway by attackin the citizens wont do a shit for their cause cos the 'elected representatives' dont give a damn!
